For sale a set of Grinning Dog "Mr. Jimmy" pickups. These pickups were designed by pickup maker Shinji Kishimoto and Jimmy Sakurai a.ka. Mr. Jimmy. If you are not aware of Jimmy he is the world renowned guitarist who plays with Jason Bonham in the Zeppelin tribute band "Led Zeppelin Evening".
No one has quite nailed the Jimmy Page style, sound and look like Mr. Jimmy. These pickups are used in all of his Les Paul's. If you are looking to get the fabled 1973 MSG sound, this is as close as you can get. To hear them go to youtube and watch him and them in action!
These pickups new are around $600.00 and almost impossible to find.
Bridge pickup lead is 9'. And neck pickup lead is 13'.
