No surprises here as the entire package is in uncommon condition at 63+ years old.
The action's low and easy on the beginner and can be raised to suite whatever height an advanced player desires. A guitar that was played but well cared for and when not in use cased. The issues appear to be with the not uncommon possible lift on some areas where the front and back meet the side where glued ... or it could just be from the wood breathing and thus disturbing the paint due to humidity fluctuations and/or lack of keeping up the proper humidity level ( that level is now maintained). The case appears original and is in exceptional condition!
I've taken considerable time to oil the fretboard and body. The strings are new NANOWEB Elixer LIGHT 12/53's.
