For sale here is a beautiful 1972 Custom Fender Telecaster. This guitar has an original 1972 Fender Telecaster maple neck that is all original, including original frets. This is one of the last of the Fender single string tree necks made! The body is a custom MJT Fender Telecaster body that’s got a Fender Sea-foam green paint job and a relic’d finish to properly match the beautiful original 1972 Fender neck. This body was purchased through Glaser so that they could acquire the body directly from MJT to implement the Glaser B/G Bender. It’s currently setup to bend the B string, but can easily be switched to the G with their bender mechanism if preferred. Comes with the straplock strap buttons to make using the bender a breeze with your favorite strap. The guitar has a Lollar passive preamp with Lollar Telecaster Alnico-3 pickups (neck & bridge) in an “aged chrome” finish. Also comes with a non original, but nice padded, hard shell case.
