Gretsch Guitars Streamliner Cat-Eye Limited-Edition Center Block Electric Guitar With Bigsby & Gold Hardware Abbey Ale (119810752)

The Gretsch Streamliner Cat-Eye limited-edition center block double-cut electric guitar delivers exceptional performance, sound and style. Designed for guitarists seeking more than just the ordinary, this stylish semi-hollowbody bursts into the modern era with a voice all its own.

Resonant Tones From a Chambered Maple Body

This guitar's double-cutaway maple body utilizes chambered construction, with a solid center block running through the middle. The result is a lively, resonant voice, with reduced weight for playing comfort. The arched top adds a touch of vintage vibe, while the elegant cat-eye F-holes provide a refined aesthetic. It comes available in two classy finishes—Riviera Blue and Abbey Ale—that highlight the figured maple's beauty.

Smooth Playability With a Comfortable Neck

The Streamliner Cat-Eye has a slim, fast nato neck with a smooth laurel fingerboard. Its soft C profile offers a comfortable feel that facilitates intricate solos and chords up and down the fingerboard. Medium-jumbo frets provide excellent playability. The 12" radius fingerboard will feel familiar to players accustomed to modern electric guitars.

Shape Your Sound With Broad'Tron Pickups and Smart Controls

The Streamliner Cat-Eye guitar comes equipped with a trio of Broad'Tron BT-3S humbucking pickups, providing muscular tone with articulate note separation. Individual volume controls allow you to blend the bridge, rhythm and neck pickups to suit your needs. Master volume and tone knobs offer additional shaping of the guitar's overall voice. The control layout makes it easy to move from glassy cleans to raunchy overdrive.

Expressive Control With a Bigsby B70 Vibrato

This Streamliner model features a Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece, providing expressive, nuanced pitch control. From subtle shimmers to dive-bomb effects, the Bigsby expands the guitar's sonic palette. An Adjusto-Matic bridge anchors the strings solidly, keeping tuning stable even under heavy vibrato use. The tailpiece's smooth action makes it easy to add vibrato to chords or single-note runs.
