This is a Yamaha Dynamic guitar from the 1960s. You have read about these guitars. The Dynamic guitar was designed to be played with nylon strings OR light steel strings. The Dynamic guitar was the predecessor of the Yamaha FG line of folk guitars.
The guitar has small numerous dings on the top of the guitar. There are some pick marks at the sound hole. There are no cracks or splits on the guitar. The action is low for a classical guitar yet still good for steel strings. The tuners have been replaced using a narrower bore. The tuners work fine, but I would replace them with tuners of the correct spacing.
The neck is straight and the frets are in good condition. The fretboard has three shallow fig marks that have gone through tje lacquer. Also note the photo showing a ding in the back of the neck. It is there but I never feel it when I am playing it.
There is no case but I will pack it securely to ensure it arrives to you safely.
This is a historically significant guitar at an affordable price. The strings are fresh and the guitar is ready to play. My listings ship quickly so when you are ready for an affordable vintage guitar with proven Japanese workmanship, it will be in your hands within days.
