A 1978 Guild S300.
its a set neck 24 fret guitar, Mahogony body and neck with an ebony fingerboard.
Everything you need to know about these guitars is here.
It plays beautifully. This one has Dimarzio pick ups but not the standard Paf and Super Distortion.
It's got an Air Norton at the neck and a Tone Zone in the bridge, both are coil tapped.
At some point the original tail piece was removed and a regular stop bar put on, this has been replaced by a Duesenburg Les Trem that works a treat with this guitar.
The guitar plays really well and sounds great.
I just don't use it enough.
It does come with the original hard case but that poor thing is looking a bit tired.
