This is the domestic version of TS9, OD-9 equipped with the popular "JRC4558D/Glossy"!
Adds rich harmonics and pleasant compression without destroying the original sound. It also has an exquisite sound range centered on the mids, and has established itself as a standard booster for tube amplifiers since the SRV. OD-9 is the domestic specification of "Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer". There is a difference in the cast shape of the housing case between the early 1981-2 and the latter 1983-4. Also, the back label was black until mid-1982, but then changed to white (silver). The installed operational amplifiers will also be changed from Japan Radio's JRC2043DD to JRC4558D to Toshiba TA75558P. Compared to the previous generation TS808 (JRC4558D) equipped product, the OD-9 has a changed tone constant, and both the high end and low end are extended, and the low end is especially rich, resulting in a punchy and clear sound. . This machine is an individual manufactured around 1982.
