This is the Seymour Duncan SH-1N 59 Model 4-conductor Neck Pickup.

The Seymour Duncan 59 Model neck pickup is a sweet sounding, versatile PAF-style humbucker with a full bottom, and scooped midrange.
This humbucker has a moderate output and airy quality resulting in a pickups with tons of old-school tonal character, but with a brighter top end, scoopd mids, and a more compressed sound.
Other features include nickel silver bottom plate, no logo on the bobbin, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and vacuum wax potting for squeal free performance.
