This Guitar is an un-played instrument and is new with full factory warranty. Many of these instruments have never been removed from original packaging except for pics and set up. I take great pride in the items I sell and want all my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Each instrument goes through a thorough inspection and setup including: Fret leveling, crowning and polish, neck adjust, action adjust, intonation, cutting of nut grooves, fingerboard oil and perhaps more depending on the type of instrument purchased. I have been in the music industry in all aspects from sales, service, manufacturing, etc. A set up of this nature can easily cost over $100, but you get it free from buying from Sparky. I strive for 100%customer satisfaction and 5 star ratings. If you have any questions or concerns before or after the sale please contact me. I will do everything I can to earn your 5 star rating.
