Vintage Electro-Harmonix Tube EQ, made in USA.
This is one of the big-box EHX tube units from the 2000s, built around two 12AX7WA tubes with a parametric mid band plus bass and treble shelving controls. It also has an expression-pedal input that lets you sweep the center frequency like a wah, which makes it a pretty unusual studio/guitar tool. It sound huge and rich with vast frequency sweeps, just like you think it would.
Controls are Treble, Bass, Frequency, Bandpass Gain, Q, Input and Output, with true bypass. It can be used subtly for warming/shaping a signal or pushed into more obvious color.
Cosmetically it shows normal light wear but is overall in nice shape, with the tube guard intact.
