The ES-1 is a simpler version of the Echoplex that came out in the early 70's. The tape cartridge is more similar to a Roland Space Echo than the other Echoplex models. Simple and straight forward tape delay with lots of tone. This one just got overhauled in our shop by Takeshi Kawana. Recapped, cartridge rewound with new tape, replaced belt, overall cleaning, replaced feet. In very good condition, w/ extra cartridge (will need foam) and footswitch.
