This is an absolutely beautiful Stratocaster and it plays exceptionally well.
And this particular Strat was signed by Buddy back in 2022.
I'm on a mission to sell most of my guitar collection.
I bought my first Strat back in 1972.
It was a beat up, 8 year old, sunburst, 1964 Fender Stratocaster.
I kept it. Its for sale if you've got $37K to spend on a guitar.
I'm a fan of MIM Stratocasters. I own two.
The other is the Red & White Buddy Guy Strat pictured above.
They are both extremely well made guitars and they just sing the blues.
There are a lot of Black & White Buddy Guy Strats for sale,
but you rarely come across the Blue & White guitars.
I also own two American made Strats. And one MIJ Stratocaster.
I've got a lot to compare the MIM Strats to.
They hold their own on every note.
Some of those go on the block next year. Stay tuned.
You're going to want to hang this Buddy on the wall. The guitar just POPS.
This is unmistakably Mr. Buddy Guy.
The pick guard and the backplate maintain their original protective covering.
Which is why the plastic looks a bit dull.
(I removed the plastic a few.months ago)
They are both a very bright white once the plastic is removed..
