2018 TreeHouse OMZ Cutaway Acoustic Guitar | Cocobolo & Adirondack Spruce

Up for sale is my TreeHouse OMZ cutaway acoustic guitar handmade by Zach Lefebvre in Hilton Beach Ontario Canada. I purchased this guitar brand new several years ago and it has been lovingly cared for in my climate controlled home studio since. The guitar is in excellent condition with only minor signs of handling. The nut width is 1-3/4", 2-1/4" saddle spacing, 25-3/8" scale length and 20 frets.

This guitar features a beautiful set of Adirondack spruce and Cocobolo. The spruce is tight grained with lots of silking, while the Cocobolo is straight grained and has a deep maroon red coloration. The neck is constructed from a beautiful piece of curly maple, stained with a lovely burst color, and a jet black ebony fretboard. Evo gold frets ensure classy looks and long lasting durability, black chrome Gotoh 510 tuners allow for precise tuning stability and a soundport in the upper bout provides the player with a personal monitor. The oxidized copper accents inlayed throughout give the guitar a wonderful asthetic quality.

Zach builds world class instruments and this guitar exemplifies that perfectly. It has a loud, articulate sound that works incredibly well for a variety of playing styles. Being a fingerstyle player myself, I can attest to this guitar's amazing ability to compliment that style of playing. It's responsive to the lightest touch but can also be driven to an impressive volume with ease. An LR Baggs Anthem pickup system is installed and provides excellent amplified sound as well. I am selling this guitar (and several others) to pair down my collection and fund a new custom TreeHouse OMZ build with Zach. This is a great opportunity to get an amazing example of Zach's work for a good deal, new builds start at $8000 with options and woods selected here bringing that price much higher.
