From the Digi003 Rack interface, also works on console version and some other Digidesign/Avid products of the era. This is the version with the LED window as shown.
I also have the white version listed, just see my other listings.
** I'm parting out my 003 Rack due to the firewire buss failing quite some time ago, so I'll be posting quite a few parts from it (check my other listings, or message me!).
This was just taken out of the unit (again, only issue was the firewire buss). No returns, since it's a part - all sales final.
