JHS Pedals Violet Distortion Lari Basilio Signature Guitar Effect Pedal - New

The Violet Distortion is here to give you an expressive, boutique-level distortion experience, crafted from the minds of JHS founder Josh Scott and influential Brazilian guitarist Lari Basilio. Available at Tone House, this pedal transforms your sound, offering a dynamic range from warm overdrive to modern distortion that feels like an extension of your amp’s natural tone.

Our customers know that tone is personal, and the Violet’s three-band EQ offers unmatched customization to sculpt the perfect sound. The Midrange control, placed before the distortion circuit, lets you unlock preamp-style tones that range from subtle grit to screaming distortion—all with a twist of the knob. Treble and Bass controls follow the distortion for nuanced, post-distortion shaping, keeping your tone tight and flexible.

Stack the Violet Distortion with your favorite pedals or let it shine as a primary dirt device—no matter how you set it up, it’s designed to find its voice in your rig. As Lari Basilio says, “Why would I need words when my guitar can speak for me?” At Tone House, we’re excited to be your go-to for JHS Pedals, providing expert advice and the latest gear to help you express yourself through every note.
