This is a very solid, high-quality guitar. Compared to today’s market, these guitars are built significantly better than any Epiphone available. Adjusted for inflation, these guitars would have cost about $2,200 in 2024 dollars, so they aren’t cheaply made or low-quality instruments. They’re just not widely known or as big a brand as Gibson or Fender. If they were, they’d likely be valued above $7–8K in today’s market.
It appears to have had neck damage that was professionally repaired. This is from my personal collection; I bought it back in 2014–2015 and have never had an issue with it. It’s always a pleasure to play.
Everything functions as it should and feels very solid. Whether as a great addition to any collection or a reliable workhorse, this guitar suits various needs.
