Vintage 1970s Ovation Dual Action System Solid State preamp + speaker columns

This is one of the weirder, wilder rigs I've come across. It's an Ovation Dual Action System PA rig, comprised of a two-channel solid state preamp and a pair of 4x10" speaker columns. One of the speakers was originally fitted with a power amp, but it was removed at some point, so you'll need to pair this with a different power amp to use it.

This is a project! The preamp is functional: both channels on channel one work as well as the 'top boost' and 'tuner'. However, the reverb and trem aren't working. Channel two only works on input two, input one has extremely faint hint of output. Reverb Ns trem are intermittent on channel two. The fuzz effect works, but sounds sorta crummy. There's some white noise on both channels. As for the cabs, they are both functional and read 8 ohms. However, both sound like they have at least one speaker with coil rub.
