The Ibanez AEG5012BK is a sleek, performance-ready 12-string acoustic-electric designed for players who want shimmering chorus tone with a comfortable, modern feel. Built with the slim AEG body and a single cutaway, it offers excellent playability and easy upper fret access while maintaining a balanced, focused acoustic voice.

A spruce top delivers bright, articulate tone with clear note separation—perfect for capturing the natural chime of a 12-string. Paired with okoume back and sides, this guitar adds warmth and smooth midrange response, creating a well-rounded sound suited for both strumming and lighter picking styles.

The aeg nyatoh neck provides a comfortable, fast-playing feel, while the laurel fretboard and bridge offer durability and consistent tonal response. Designed with player-friendly spacing and a smooth neck profile, the AEG5012BK feels approachable whether you’re new to 12-strings or adding one to your collection.

Equipped with an Ibanez T-bar II undersaddle pickup and AEQ-TTS preamp with onboard tuner, this model is ready for stage or studio use. The simple control layout allows quick tone shaping, while the 1/4" output ensures reliable connectivity in any performance setting.

Finished in a classic Black High Gloss, the AEG5012BK combines modern style, comfortable playability, and the rich, layered sound that only a 12-string can deliver.
