I went down to my basement during a big rainfall about 8 years ago and to my surprise there was 2" of standing water in my basement. The sump pump had quit working weeks prior. I had 8 guitar cases on the floor near the sump pump and they were all damaged, to say the least. This case had the worse damage of all the cases. The case is in two pieces. The hinges gave way from the bottom of it and it is now in two pieces. Actually 3, if you count the interior piece under the lid. It came unglued and came loose. The inside of the lid is shown on the last two photos, with fabric piece in place and fabric piece off.
Please consider this listing for the two outer pieces only, the main frames of the case. The orange interior material will not be part of this sale. Because it is extremely moldy and I would consider it unusable and in need of a complete removal. Someone who can do upholstery work.
