Rare find, this is Serial Number 93504003, #86 of 100 from the 1994 limited edition models built by Gibson to commemorate the CF-100e.
A very cool reissue of the first ever acoustic guitar to have an electric pickup back in 1950. To celebrate their 100th anniversary, Gibson re-issued special guitars in 1994 with each model hand-crafted in a limited run of only 100 instruments.
Amazing sound and looks, this small body Mahogany and Spruce instrument plays wonderfully unplugged or using its original P-90 single-coil pickup.
I purchased it in 1998 and it has always been stored in its case when not in use. Has not been used as a gig instrument and primary playing has been at home or with small groups of friends.
The G string peg lifts (as shown in photo) when you replace string but holds.
