This is EXTREMELY RARE collectible item, it's really impossible to find nowadays. Fully serviced and excellent working condition, 1/4TRS jacks and power socket 9v installed!
It was manufactured by "Formanta" - a soviet military radio plant at Kachkanar, near Sverdlovsk in 1979. Special spring reverb vintage sound!
