Edit: I have had the dent at the top of the neck (near the headstock) repaired and also had a full set up. The guitar plays awesome!

Beautiful custom santa cruz 1929 00 commissioned in 2010. This guitar has opened up absolutely beautifully. Upgrades are:

- Flamed mahogany back, sides, top and binding

- Full body burst

- Streaked ebony headstock overlay

- Nickel Waverly Open Gear Tuners, with Ebony Buttons

- Hot Hide Glue Construction with Adirondack Bracing

Ordering the same guitar in 2024 would set you back more than USD 12,000 or so.

I am the original owner. The guitar has not been played that much so the frets are in excellent condition. The guitar does have some marks on it as pictured, including some marks around the binding. There is also a small indentation on the back of the neck, right behind the nut. This is not in a position where you would put your thumb, even when playing the first fret. So it is more cosmetic than anything, although it would be possible to fill and polish it if you wish.

So, what you are getting here is an absolutely amazing all mahogany 00 that has a few marks to show it has been worn in but has not been played that much so best of both worlds!

The guitar is fitted with a KK pure mini acoustic pickup and comes with the original hardshell case from santa cruz.
