The SC-19B is the shorter version of the Gibraltar flanged base cymbal seat. Designed for shorter length cymbal tilters and used with the thinner SC-CFS/4 felts.
Flanged base sleeves protect your cymbals by stopping the them rubbing against the metal of the stand.
