The quietest studio leveling amplifier around!
The Effectrode LA-1A is a high-end, studio-grade vacuum tube compressor in a pedal.
Whisper-quiet operation and a wide dynamic range make this tone-tool an unparalleled tone enhancer.
Its natural warmth and clarity are simply unmatched!
The Leveling Amplifier was developed as a four knob version of the classic Effectrode PC-2A.
The LA-1A provides dedicated knobs for Attack & Knee (David Gilmour is known for a modified PC-2A with these knobs).
The Attack and Knee knobs influence how the LA-1A compresses the signal: making it subtler and more transparent if needed.
The Leveling Amplifier also adds a foot-switchable Boost and some other handy functions. The LA-1A just flat out makes everything sound better!
Effectrode LA-1A Leveling Amplifier features:

• Dynamic EQ switch restores some bite in your tone.
