1956-59 Slingerland Super Gene Krupa snare drum in Sparkle Blue Pearl.
8 Lugs,
Solid Maple Shell with reinforcement rings, there is slight separation of the reinforcment hoop, but very normal for these snares and easily repaired if desired.
“Clamshell” Super Strainer throw off with swivel nuts works well. Original screws that attach snare wires to swivel nuts were replaced with hex head bolts. Extension arm on throw off is missing, which is typical.
Intern tone control muffler, Rim Shot Counter hoops, and hooked S Chicago badge. Sweet sounding snare. Finish is in very good condition, nickel hardware has expected wear and is in very good condition.
