PRS Private Stock | Custom 24-08 Semi Hollow - Jade Glow

Available for purchase is an exquisite PRS Private Stock Custom 24/08 Semi-Hollow, epitomising the pinnacle of material quality, personalised craftsmanship, and the highest level of customisation offered by PRS. Each Private Stock is meticulously conceived and built with a unique "one-off" mentality, resulting in heirloom-quality musical instruments. Paul Reed Smith, the founder, expresses the program's essence: "There's something magical about guitars because they are simultaneously musical instruments, pieces of art, tools to joyfully spend time with, and treasured possessions. The goal of Private Stock is not only to create the most visually stunning and best-playing guitar money can buy, but also the best sounding. Should you opt for a Private Stock guitar, PRS pledges to invest everything to ensure it becomes the finest instrument you've ever experienced."

The guitar features a Curly Maple neck, Curly Maple top, and semi-hollow Black Limba back. Its striking Jade Glow colour is complemented by the captivating Ziricote on the fingerboard, headstock, and truss rod cover, inlayed with Abalone birds outlined in Mother of Pearl for an exquisite look. The High Gloss Nitro finish enhances the aesthetic appeal.

With a whole range of tonal variations, the Custom 24 is a powerhouse both on stage and in the studio. The 24/08 boasts 2 mini coil tap switches in addition to the standard 3-way blade to give you 8 different tonal variants from the 2 TCI pickups.

Only the finest hardware is utilised, featuring a Smoked Black PRS Gen III tremolo bridge for exceptional sonic fidelity, player ergonomics, and revolutionary tuning stability. PRS Phase III setscrew locking tuning pegs with wing buttons combine modern locking technology with vintage elegance, promoting tone transfer for a louder, more resonant instrument.

This exceptional guitar comes protected in a stunning Private Stock Brown Leather hard case and includes a certificate signed by Paul Reed Smith, Paul Miles (Director of Private Stock), and the final assembler.

While its visual appeal is undeniably striking, it's crucial to note that this guitar is not merely style-over-substance. At its core, it remains an outstanding Custom 24/08 Semi-Hollow guitar, offering both incredible aesthetics and remarkable sound. Unlike some custom guitars where woods are chosen primarily for their appearance, this guitar balances good looks with tonal excellence.
