DESCRIPTION

The Vemuram Jan Ray overdrive pedal is expertly crafted to recreate the iconic punchy, clear tone of 1960s Blackface Fender amps. Designed with precision and care, the Vemuram Jan Ray overdrive pedal delivers the coveted "Fender Magic 6" sound, known for its balanced EQ that brings out the best in your guitar without unnatural compression. It provides excellent sustain and allows for dynamic playing, retaining the unique character of your instrument while giving it that legendary Fender warmth and clarity.

The "Fender Magic 6" sound is achieved with carefully tuned EQ settings: Treble at 6, Bass at 2, and Mid at 3. The Vemuram Jan Ray captures this magic by offering a natural feeling overdrive that pushes the front end of a tube amp just enough to deliver sweet sustain, smooth breakup, and that classic 60s tone. The result is a clear, airy high end, soft yet punchy lows, and a midrange that adapts to your playing intensity.

Whether you're playing guitar or baritone, the Jan Ray excels at delivering transparent overdrive that doesn't overpower your tone. It offers rich, full sounds that work equally well for bass, making it a versatile addition to any setup.

With four straightforward controls, Volume, Gain, Bass, and Treble, plus a hidden Saturation Trimmer for fine tuning, the Jan Ray gives you flexibility to shape your sound. From mild overdrive to fat, saturated tones, the Vemuram Jan Ray overdrive pedal adapts to your playing style with ease.

Hand built in Japan, the Vemuram Jan Ray’s circuit design is a testament to craftsmanship. The pedal’s solid brass casing is not only visually striking with its elegant golden finish, but also provides robust protection, shielding your signal from unwanted noise and ensuring crystal clear tones. The pedal’s compact design makes it a practical addition to your pedalboard, while its classic look, enhanced by simple yet stylish graphics, adds a touch of sophistication to your gear.

In summary, the Vemuram Jan Ray overdrive pedal is a top tier overdrive pedal that offers a refined, transparent tone inspired by the legendary "Fender Magic 6" sound. Perfect for guitarists seeking clarity, punch, and versatility, it delivers a natural overdrive that complements any setup, making it a must have for players looking to enhance their tone.
