In 1988 Chet Atkins released his album CGP... Certified Guitar Player and started using the "CGP" next to his signature. This 1967 Gretsch Tennessean was signed by Chet back in the 1990's. The guitar is in overall good condition, showing some of the typical off gassing on the body binding and neck cap. Loaded with two Hi-Lo 'Tron single-coil pickups with adjustable pole pieces, Bigsby tailpiece, and plenty of ways to control your tone, courtesy of a three-way tone and three-way pickup selector, Master Volume knob and individual pickup volume knobs, and a standby switch.
