Unique, rich and resonant-sounding two-point mandolin made by Don Paine of Pomeroy Instruments in Colorado, 2008. I've played many shows with this mandolin and have loved it completely; I have another F-style that suits my studio needs a little better, and I've decided I don't need two mandolins!
This mandolin is loud and clear, and punchy as heck. I've always gotten complements on this thing, both on its sound and its looks. I've found thick (120) Wegens or BlueChips sound best.
This mandolin is sentimental to me and means a lot, but I'm excited for it to find its new owner!
