An original Maestro Echoplex EP-4 from 1981 with original footswitch. This unit works but should probably be looked at by a good tech to clean the larger wheel inside that the motor turns. This unit is part of a large collection and has been sitting here for years not being used. When I tested it out , the motor was turning but the tape was not moving. I figured out that it was the larger wheel inside and sprayed it a few times which got it working. It eventually stopped and I sprayed it again, got it going, and left it running for a while. Sounded good. I also cleaned the heads. Some of the parts that are greased can get gummy over time and need to be cleaned. As of now, it is working fine. Classic unit.
