This is a very nice and rare Aria APE-3 Programmable Multi-Effect Unit for Bass Guitar made in 1980's in Japan.
It is used and shows some scratches and wear but is fully functional and in very good overall condition. Works with standard 9V power supply (not included). Sounds great!
