This DiMarzio The Cruiser Neck Strat Single Coil Sized Humbucker Pickup is a modern hum cancelling pickup that retains great harmonic overtones and the mid range open vocal character of true single coils.

This pickup is designed to free your guitar tone of the dreaded 60 cycle hum, greatly increase its sustain all while adding character to your notes. It’s hotter than a traditional single coil, and the bass strings have a bit more chunk, which makes it an excellent pickup to combine with medium output humbuckers. It also maintains its rich character when ran through high gain amps and multiple effects. You'll also enjoy a lack of string dropouts during play, which single coil pickups are notorious for. The last thing you want is hum or dropouts on your new recording.

Having a total magnet pull that's about 40 % less than standard single coils also means The Cruiser can be adjusted much closer to the strings for more power than your stock pickups can achieve. This pickup also features the quick connect system, allowing you to speedily swap out and trial different pickups in your quick connected guitar. Recommended for the neck position or in the neck and middle with a higher output bridge pickup, or with a full sized humbucker. Featuring four conductor wiring for parallel humbucking and split coil modes, giving you tons of options. The Cruiser Neck pickup is a excellently popular modern strat style pickup packed with useful playing benefits.
