1965 Ampeg Gemini II G-15 tube amplifier. At some point this was converted to a piggyback setup with a head and a separate speaker cabinet. The work was done really well to the point where we had to question if it was factory at first.
15" CTS speaker with hard wired speaker cable. EIA code 137 544. Huge square magnet. Dual 7591 output tubes. 7199 phase inverter. 12AX7 and 6CG7 preamp tubes. Reverb and tremolo pedal. Dual channels. Tremolo and Echo.
The amp works and sounds great. The tremolo is a little weak, which i believe is the optocoupler unit. Nice deep reverb. Footswitch works with no issues. No 60 cycle hum. Original two prong cord, transformers, reverb tank, etc. 12AX7s are JAN 12AX7WA. RCA 7591 output tubes. Ampeg branded 7199, and General Electric 6FQ7/6CQ7.
