The Capt’n Big-O is an analog Eurorack VCO (Voltage ControlOscillator) designed as part of a collaboration between Pittsburgh Modular and c8e8audio.

In addition to traditional analog waveforms (Sine, Triangle,Sawtooth, and Square), the Capt’n Big-O includes the following:

An internal wavefolder can be used to add additional harmonics to Sine wave for a gravelly sound. The wavefolder can be repatched and applied to any other waveform available on Capt'n Big-O or other signals from your rack;

· An overdrive circuit that provides 75x gain to any signal, whether it belongs to Capt'n Big-O or another source;

· Linear and exponential FM;

· Hard sync; and

· PWM (Pulse Width Modulation).
