Vintage Receiver - Claricon 36-350 AM/FM Stereo Receiver
This is from grandpa’s estate. He bought this new back in the late 1960’s. I cleaned all of the controls with Craig Detox and cleaned the exterior case. I did not open the unit as I am not qualified to do that work. The unit powered on, and I plugged in headphones and listened to the AM/FM radio. It sounded just fine. The tuning dial turned with ease. The bass and treble controls worked. The balance knob as well. I did not test any other function such as Phono or Aux. It is missing the fuse covers on the back panel.
But, given the age of the unit, I am listing this as needing service and repair.
This is a great looking and sounding receiver imported from Japan by World Mark Electronics out of Pittsburgh in the late 60's-early 70's.
The last four pictures are STOCK PICTURES I found online. The build quality appears to be good.
