Martin Custom Shop 000-18 1937 (Stage 1 Aging)

The all-new Custom Shop 000-18 1937 offers players the sonic qualities of the Authentic Series, combined with the everyday value of a reliable workhorse guitar. Revered as the cornerstone of performance and sound, Martin's highly prized 1937 models have set the standard for generations of instruments. This guitar boasts a clear vintage gloss Adirondack spruce top, genuine mahogany back and sides, scalloped bracing, hide glue and cloth strip construction, and an adjustable truss rod, capturing the essence of some of the finest guitars ever crafted.

Additionally, the Custom Shop 000-18 1937 is available with light aging in either natural or ambertone finishes. Stage 1 aging offers the subtle character of light checking, inspired by rare guitars that were carefully stored in cases and preserved for decades. It reflects the passage of time without the heavy wear commonly seen on newly aged guitars.
