Mosrite Gospel solid body electric guitar, made 1968-1970.   Serial #B1695, the same model was famously played by Kurt Cobain (and is only 2 serial numbers away from the one he owned).

This is one of a small number of Gospel models made to specifications virtually the same as the Mosrite Ventures Mark II model.   It features a double cutaway body with a scalloped edge, and three-tone sunburst finish.  This model sports two pickups with no adjustable poles and “Mosrite of California” logo, a three position pickup selector switch, master volume and master tone.  Moseley vibrato tailpiece, rosewood fingerboard, and bolt on maple neck.  Condition is overall excellent, with only a couple of minor blemishes on the top finish.  The back of the body has a couple of small scuffs and dings, but is also overall excellent, with no finish checking or fogging.   24.5” scale length, 1.5” nut width.  Weight is 7.8 lbs.  Includes original black & grey HSC.
