This my 1981 Jim Kelley. This is the 30/60 Reverb Model. I have had this for at least 20 years. It's in great condition and sounds even better. There are no hums or buzzes. No issues.
The words, The Bros J, are written on the chassis. I reached out to Jim Kelley a few years back and asked him about this. He said that the reverb tank and tube was probably removed to make it a bass amp for bassist Louis Johnson, however he wasn't sure. Jim did tell that this is 1 of 1.
This is an amazing amplifier. Warm & clear. Super dependable. Built like a tank
