This beautiful Alvarez Yairi WY-1 is mint condition without any cosmetic blemishes whatsoever. Action is low and the sound is what you would expect from a quality solid wood acoustic guitar. This guitar has spent most of it's life in it's original Alvarez Yairi hard case in a humidified guitar room. If I could list it as new, I would.
