Neumann U47 Neumann U47

Neumann U47 - Serial #4593. Excellent condition, VF14 valve,cNG power supply, spare VF14 valve, original mic stand mount, cage mount & wind sock. Excellent condition. I have owned it for over 20yrs now and think it is the best of a total of 3 in that I have had over the years.

About 4 yrs ago iat has had its M7 capsule reskinned in Germany by man expert which was arranged for by world renowned microphone expert Mr. Gunter Wagner.
These microphones have been used by Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Ray Charles and on many others of the worlds leading vocal & Jazz artists since the 1950's and they still are. The main picture of mic here was from 20+ years ago when I purchased it, it is a bit less shiny now as can be seen in the other pics.
