Sonic Solutions made THE mastering program in the early days of computer based mastering, and 25 years ago I had one of their systems. It was awesome in its day! This box's usefulness far outlived their Sonic Studio software and provides format conversion between optical SPDIF, coax (rca) SPDIF, and AES. The front panel switch chooses the input and all outputs follow the chosen input.

Over the years I've used this to feed digital meters or convert SPDIF outs from cd players to AES to feed bigger Z-Sys digital pathcbays. It's always done the job. I have no idea what the upper limit of sample rates the unit can handle is. I'd guess it can do 96k, but I don't think I've ever tried that. I know it's very happy at 44.1 and 48k.

I'll throw an IEC power cable in the box with it, and let me know if you might need optical, SPDIF, or AES cables as I have many of all in drawers around here.
