1924 Martin 0-28. I purchased this guitar about 18 years ago with the original top irreparably damaged. However the neck, back and sides and all other parts were original and in great shape. After bringing it to numerous luthiers I decided the best path forward was to send it to C.F. Martin and have them restore it to “as original “ condition. They finished the work on 7-11-2018. Please refer to Martin invoice with specific questions about work done. As you would expect they did phenomenal work. Original invoice will go with guitar. Set up with silk and steel strings now. Amazing voice and a joy to fingerpick! I have done nothing to it since receiving it from Martin, other than change strings. It is in the condition I received it in with no scratches or dings etc. Pictures tell the story best. Brazilian rosewood is beautiful. Selling to U.S.A. Buyers only. Vintage case is included which is a bit oversized but nice. Will be packed and insured well. Guitar is located in west Tennessee, 2 hours from Nashville. First time this guitar has been on the market as I am the one who had all the work done. Personal viewing is possible.

I have had requests to provide action measurements at 12th fret with guitar tuned to pitch. Low E =3.5 mm

High E= 2.5 mm

If you look at Martin invoice it says “ Adjust action to 3 1/2 - 2 1/2 , silk and steel strings “

Action has not changed since middle of 2018 when Martin completed the work

Saddle has not been touched since Martin completed the work.
