It will look similar in natue, but this photo is a representation only - it was for a guitar shop that had specifics not normally provided on a tele, such as 1 meg CTS volume AND tone pots, large sized capacitors and vintage treble bleed, PireTone jack, etc.

Your harness will come with the same appearance, with the exception of the physical size of the .047uF capacitor (yours will be smaller in size), unless you want that large of one in your control cavity, and the volume and tone pots will be the standard 250K each, and Bourns Pro Audio pots, for tele's, and regular treble bleed for tele’s, and Switchcraft jack.

We always offer customers EVERYTHING, so don't be shy about asking and do not ask AFTER your purchase. It's too late by then.

Now, for the fine print (please read):

*** We often and quite frequently (daily) mix up the wiring and connector colors and patters we use, based on inventory, or just feeling creative. We realize once these mods and harnesses are in place, no one can see them. We build them as if you have a plexiglass control panel and EVERYONE INCLUDING YOU can see them. With that in mind, please don’t get married to the colors in the photos, as they will possibly or likely change each day based on inventory and flat out mood we’re in. Trying to be transparent here. We like to have fun at the shop. We don’t want to have just white and black or black and yellow. If you HAVE to have or not have certain colors, you can let us know before (never after) purchasing and we will do our best to either accommodate or explain why we can’t/wont. Just note this so there are no misunderstandings or confusion later. :-)

This harness only requires a small screwdriver for installation, which we supply with wiring instructions.

So, if you make payment on Friday, your time starts that Monday. I’m sorry to the 90% that get this, it’s for the others that don’t read and think this is next-day Amazon warehouse deals, and/or those that can’t calendar days, etc and are impatient. Every single item we ever make goes through a live QA process that involves a live tech, on an electric guitar and tube amp plugged into your mod/harness to test every aspect of it for full 100% functionality and audible satisfaction - before it’s wrapped, boxed, and shipped to your front door.

****We highly encourage you to take to a guitar shop for installation. We made 3 unusual exceptions recently for customers to return to us after spending copious amounts of time back and forth with them. Once returned, we had to spend our time connecting and stopping harness production to review these 3 harnesses. ALL 3 WERE IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND FUNCTIONED 100% AS THEY DID WHEN WE FORST SENT THEM, SO WE SENT BACK. NO MORE. IF WE MAKE AN EXCEPTION THERE WILL BE A $45 SERVICE FEE CHARGED FOR TIME AND RESOURCES TO DIAGNOSE. hats only fair. Thank those 3 (there were several others. It always comes down to something THEY are or are not doing correct.
