History of Guitar. Made in Nov 2011 (80 Made)
Shipped to Broadway Sound – Knoxville, TN Jan 26th, 2012
Serial Number: JT1114504. I received it during the last days of January 2012.
I don't play it. The scale is 'too' long for me. I have short fingers. It stays in the case in a humidity controlled area. I take it out about every 6 to 8 weeks and look at it.
It is a Beautiful Guitar but I only play my Sand shorter scale model.
I'm 77 years old and with short fingers, I don’t need to try to play something that
is uncomfortable to play; plain and simple. The guitar has not been set up to play. Most of you will know how to do this but if not; carry it to a 'good' music store and get them to set it up for you.
In my late 50's and 60's; I had a shorter scale Gretsch Chet model 1958 model. The reason for my selling instead of keeping as a collectors guitar is that I had rather move that money over on a new guitar to be built to my specs.
Please contact me for any other details. There is not any scratch what so ever
on this instrument. Thanks for looking.
