Fender Redondo Player Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Natural
Serial Number: IWA2336773 Weight:
A True Classic Right in Your Hands
Get the big, bold tone and volume of a classic dreadnought with the Fender Redondo Player. This ultra-playable acoustic-electric features a solid Sitka spruce with mahogany back and sides for a beautiful blend of full tone that spans the high, mid, and low ranges. A mahogany neck with walnut fingerboard offers classic Fender playability and response, ideal for smooth lead runs and chording up and down the neck. And with a smooth, deep cutaway, you have effortless access to those higher notes! Finally, when you are ready to plug in, a Fishman-designed pickup/preamp system kicks out sweet amplified acoustic tone.
Legendary neck
The Fender neck has become legendary among guitarists of nearly all genres. The Redondo Player carries the torch for legendary feel with an incredibly comfortable slim-taper "C"-shaped profile. This cut is ultra-friendly on the fret hand, letting you slide up and down the neck for leads as well as chords in all positions. This incredible neck is complemented visually with the classic matching, painted 6-in-line headstock.
Stellar amplified tone
The Fishman-designed pickup/preamp system in the Redondo Player comes complete with an easy-to-read, digital tuner that makes onstage tuning super easy. This system also includes bass and treble controls for dialing in your tone to your liking.
Fine appointments
The Redondo Player has been decked out with fine appointments that add to its tone and visual appeal. To begin, an aged white binding adds a beautiful complement to the woods and body color on this awesome instrument. A walnut Viking bridge also enhances overall tone and resonance. Finally, scalloped X-bracing adds stellar resonance support as well as extra durability.
