Stunning in every way, the S770 features a Wizard III Roasted Maple neck, Rosewood fretboard, a Nyatoh body for rich mid-low end, a trio of DiMarzio Air Norton/True Velvet/The Tone Zone pickups, and an Edge-Zero II tremolo. This battleaxe is a true marvel.

Wizard III Roasted Maple Neck

Durable, reliable, and comfortable, the neck on this electric guitar contributes to the rigidity and sustain in feel and tone to give you a performance-focused playing experience. Complimented by the satin polyurethane finish, you’ll be able to navigate the neck with ease to play for hours on end. The Wizard neck shape provides a flat, thin profile that pins you even close to the fretboard, perfect for sweep picking or shredding, designed for the high-performance player. The Roasted Maple neck is heat-treated to increase stability, durability, moisture resistance, and tolerance to temperature changes.

Jumbo Frets

The Jumbo frets provide a wide and tall feel for expressive bending and articulate, effortless, playing.  Polished to perfection, the jumbo stainless steel frets give you a clean, crystal-clear tone to ensure that every note and chord expresses a dynamic and fluent response.

Triple DiMarzio Pickups

Producing incredible depth, variation, and rich dynamic warmth, the HSH configuration enables you to unlock a unique and powerful tone. The Air Norton in the bridge produces a crunchy, gain-centric sound you’d expect from a humbucker, with dark and rich undertones. The True Velvet single coil in the middle gives you a Strat-style articulate tone. Whilst the Tone Zone in the neck position offers a creamy, beefy, and warm tone for some advanced chord progressions. Unlock a whole world of tone with these three unique DiMarzio pickups.
