Gibson SG Supreme Electric Guitar Fireburst

48 HOUR PROCESSING TIME

The Gibson SG Supreme electrifies your playing experience with its versatile sound, fast neck and elegantly appointed looks. This solidbody electric has a beautiful AAA flamed maple top on a mahogany body, yielding fluid sustain and the balanced tone Solid Guitars (SG) have been applauded for since 1961. Equipped with a SlimTaper neck and modern compound radius, the SG Supreme offers exceptional comfort for chording, shredding and everything in between. The Gibson SG Supreme reimagines a classic, offering new enhancements that build on the enduring success of the original icon.

Stunning AAA Flamed Maple Top

The AAA flamed maple top on the SG Supreme gives it a gorgeous figuring that makes it stand out on stage. Flamed maple has distinctive wavy patterns in the grain that seem to dance under the lights, giving the finish a three-dimensional quality associated with premium instruments. Combined with classy gold hardware, the SG Supreme is strikingly sophisticated and certainly a guitar you'll be proud to play night after night.

Speedy SlimTaper Neck

Shredding lightning-fast leads is effortless with the SG Supreme's SlimTaper neck profile and compound-radius fretboard. The sleek shape provides a thin, fast feel, while the compound radius transitions from round at the nut to flatter toward the body. This gives you easy access to searing high notes, while retaining comfortable chording positions lower on the neck. Compound radii attract players of all styles due to exceptional playability—the fretboard seems to "follow" your hand in real time and mold itself to the desired flatness or roundness the higher or lower you go.

Versatile Burstbucker Pro Pickups

Burstbucker Pro and Burstbucker Pro+ pickups serve up a wide range of tones perfect for modern rock. The Pro+ in the bridge position provides punchy articulation and scorching leads with plenty of P.A.F.-inspired growl. Meanwhile, the Pro neck pickup delivers rounded lows and smooth mids for sweeter moments in the music. Both pickups feature coil tapping, activated by push/pull volume knobs, that lets you switch to single coils for glassy, Strat-like tones. This pickup combination gives you all the tonal versatility needed to craft your signature sound.

Elegant 1940s "Chandelier" Headstock Inlay

The head-turning mother-of-pearl "chandelier" inlay on the headstock, along with the classy Super Split Block fingerboard inlays, give the SG Supreme an upscale vintage-modern vibe. Inspired by a 1940s design discovered in the Gibson archives, the ornate chandelier inlay makes a bold visual statement. Combined with the AAA flamed maple top and gold hardware, these elegant appointments give the SG Supreme a unique blend of contemporary power and ageless refinement.

For players seeking a comfortable, easy-playing guitar with aesthetic flair for days and genre-bending modern sound, the Gibson SG Supreme is a top choice. Equally retro, timeless and wholly present-day, the SG Supreme is a unique instrument that allows players of varied taste to have their cake and eat it too.
