Very good condition, bridge is solid with very little bellying of top, neck is nice and straight, action is very good (especially for an old 12-string, .10 on bass side .08 or treble at 12th fret). Spruce top, mahogany back & sides, 5-piece (looks like mahogany/maple w/rosewood or ebony stringers), mahogany neck with rosewood board, has finish wear on back of neck from a capo at the 3rd & 4th fret.
