Lightly handled, pre-owned Hal Leonard Backpackers Songbook. Paperback, 112 inner black & white pages. 6 inches by 9 inches.

Copyright date 1982.

This came with a pre-owned Martin Backpacker (guitar NOT included) that I purchased about 3 years ago. Date-wise, I'm not sure when this songbook is actually from.

From the looks of it and from how it smells (it smells fine - NOT the way old books do) - I'm guess that this songbook is not too old.

The color of the front and back outer covers is how it appeara in the fist two picutres.

The other pictures showing the outer covers were taken in a lower light to better show the imperfections -- that's why the green color looks a little darker and duller in those pictures.

Sine wera onthe other edges and corners. Most areasof the inner paes are fine / clean.

When looking at the book from the front side - for the first few pages - the lower right corners have light wear.

For the right & bottom sides - the side edges of the pages have some discoloration / spots / stains (for example -- as seen in pictures # 12, # 13, and #14). The top edges do not have much discoloration,etc.

The front lower left corner has a small spot where there scuff-like wear.

When looking at the back side of the book -- the upper right corner has a small visible nick-like tear / cut. And the first couple inner pages (upper right area) after the cover page - also have similar - but smaller- type of wear --- feel free to ask for pictures of the inner corners of this area.

OUTSIDE FRONT & BACK COVERS - aside from what I mentioned above - the main areas and the other edges / corners are generally fine & clean. The main areas have a couple of extremely light surface scuffs for light handling. The center area of the FRONT Cover has an an extemely short dash impression. The left ares of the FRONT Cover has a a short dash light impression and there is a small light orange color spot / stain that cannot be wiped off. The lower areas of the FRONT Cover have a few very small light gray surface spots that cannot be wiped off. The left area of the BACK Cover has a few extremely small & tiny gray light surface spots that cannot be wiped off.
