Vintage tone for a budget price!
Unbranded Teisco, from what I have found in research this is a late 60s MIJ model with two large single coils similar to p90s or JM soapbars.
Considering its age this is a very nice condition guitar that oozes vintage vibe. Definitely has nicks and bruises variously, it's over 50 years old so yeah, but the neck and frets are in particularly good shape and all notes play as they should. Has been cleaned up nicely and everything works. The tuners are in particularly nice condition considering their age and show no signs of rust. Some minor pitting on fretboard but doesn't affect playability or tone. No tremolo bar, I removed the coil spring to make tuning more stable but is easily replaced.
A great piece of guitar history at a great price, and doesn't have all the goofy printed flowers that a lot of Teiscos had in this era, just a cool vintage rig with a fat sweet tone.
Electronics have been cleaned, cavity has been lined with conductive shielding tape (still has the 60hz buzz from those fat single coils but not as pronounced as it was before shielding). Restrung with D'Addario strings, cleaned and polished. Will ship in a generic gig bag.
